i have developed two signature ceremonies that integrate elements from my main fields of work: regulating the nervous system and akawa (accelerated kundalini activation). in these ceremonies, we delve much deeper and combine various modalities to enhance the effects and create longer-lasting benefits. additionally, i provide teachings and tools to help you maintain connection.

breathwork is a powerful tool to release tension and stored trauma from the body by calming the nervous system. it is also a powerful tool for shifting the focus away from the overthinking mind, anxiety, and worry - into the body.

akawa aims to facilitate energetic cleansing, aiding individuals in releasing stagnant energies and suppressed emotions, thereby enabling them to remember their true essence and decondition themselves from past experiences. -
TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
